SYNCHRONIZER FOR MANUAL TRANSMISSION

A synchronizer for a manual transmission is provided to generate torque moment of a synchronizer key even in the presence of centrifugal force of a hub, thereby preventing the synchronizer key from being separated to the outside. A synchronizer for a manual transmission comprises: an open mounting space formed along a columnar direction; a hub(11) whose both sides are opened in an axial direction; a synchronizer key(17) installed in the mounting space of the hub; a sleeve(12) connected to a gear formed on the external surface of the hub and movably mounted in the axial direction; and a speed gear(15) rotated by torque delivered from a clutch gear. The inner surface of the sleeve includes an accommodating groove(120) to adopt the upper part of the synchronizer key; and separation preventive grooves(121) located on both sides of the accommodating groove in the axial direction in order to adopt the upper part of the synchronizer key.
