An RGB decoder of a LED control device for a line display is provided to increase a visual display range at a narrow space by controlling colors of multiple lines by one decoder. A communication driver(203) performs a local area network with a controller. The communication driver receives an RGB signal and ID information for display according to lines from the controller. A control part(201) manages the RGB signal and the ID information received from the communication driver. The control part controls an output of the RGB signal and an enable signal corresponding to the ID information. At least two or more RGB drivers(205) convert the RGB signal into a rating signal level according to the enable signal. A connector(207) provides the RGB signal outputted in each RGB driver to at least two or more lines.
