A sliding door of a vehicle is provided to reduce the cost since it is necessary to have only a center rail. A sliding door of a vehicle is composed of a front pillar(20), a sliding door assembly(40) in which a latch is formed in the front end, a gear box(50) moved along a first track when the sliding door assembly is opened/closed, a roller arm(70) whose one end is rotatably combined to the front pillar and the other end is rotatably combined to the gear box, and a center pillar(30) having a striker which is separated/combined from/to the latch of the sliding door assembly. The sliding door assembly is composed of a first track and a second track.
