A 3-point caliper brake is provided to prevent the eccentricity of a caliper and the partial abrasion of a brake pad by allowing the caliper to move along a guide pin and an assisting guide pin. A 3-point caliper brake comprises: two guide pins(20) installed on both sides of a caliper(10); and an assisting guide pin(30) separated from the guide pin. A knuckle consists of a fixing portion(21) and a sub-fixing portion(22) formed at a corresponding position to the guide pin and assisting guide pin. The sub-fixing portion is installed at the bottom of a cylinder as a torque member. The two guide pins are fixed to the fixing portion. The assisting guide pin is fixed to the sub-fixing portion. The fixing portion and sub-fixing portion have a triangle shape.
