A heat exchanger for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve cooling and heating efficiency by removing a concave groove of a plate to prevent foreign material from being piled up and cooling water from being blocked. A heat exchanger for a vehicle comprises an upper tank(50a), a lower tank(50b), a plurality of heater tubes(51a) and a fixing tube(52). The cooling water flows in a horizontal direction inside the upper tank and the lower tank by arranging the upper tank and the lower tank to be parallel. A plurality of heater tubes are installed in a vertical direction between the upper tank and the lower tank. The fixing tube is extended upward or downward from the bottom of the upper tank and the lower tank. The top end and the bottom end of the heater tube are inserted into the upper tank and the lower tank. The inner surface of the fixing tube and the outer surface of the heater tube are welded with brazing. |
