A barrier type packaging material, and its manufacturing method are provided to improve barrier property, to prevent delamination of layers, to lower the manufacturing cost and to enhance storage stability. A barrier type packaging material comprises a first film part(10) which has an outermost film(11), and a barrier layer(12) formed on the surface of the outermost film; and a second film part(20) which is formed at the lower part of the first film part which has a base film(21), and an innermost layer(23) formed at the lower part of the base film.
