A functional pouch drink using ginseng cultivated in a forest is provided to maintain the effects of ginseng cultivated in a forest by injecting Schizandrae Fructus, Angelicae gigantis Radix and honey in the ginseng extract and packaging it in a pouch. A method for manufacturing functional pouch drink using ginseng cultivated in a forest comprises the steps of: (a) injecting the washed ginseng 10-20 parts by weight based on water in a vacuum water bath to obtain ginseng extract; (b) injecting ginseng extract 40-90%, honey 1-10%, Schizandrae Fructus 1-5% and the balance of Angelicae gigantis Radix extract and sterilizing them at 70-100°C for 1-3 hours; and (c) cooling the sterilized extract to 70-80°C, injecting it in a pouch by 60-90ml and packaging. |
