<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment method and apparatus which can remarkably improve the treatment capacity of microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: In the water treatment apparatus, nanobubble-containing water containing a nutrient and receiving application of magnetism is introduced into an aeration tank 6 from a water magnetically activating and nanobubble generating tank 40.
