PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition etc., for inhibiting accumulation of amyloidβprotein. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting accumulation of amyloidβprotein comprises a compound represented by formula (I) etc., or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. An inhibitor for accumulation of amyloidβprotein comprises the compound represented by formula (I) etc., or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The compound represented by formula (I) etc., or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof is used for inhibiting accumulation of amyloidβprotein. A method for inhibiting accumulation of amyloidβprotein comprises a step of administering an effective amount of the compound represented by formula (I) etc., or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof to a mammal diagnosed as having diseases related to amyloidβprotein.
