PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone changing contents to display in a car navigation apparatus depending on whether there is a person around. SOLUTION: The communication equipment comprises: a transmission part 63 communicable with the cellular phone, for transmitting first information used for display accompanying call termination to the car navigation apparatus provided with a display part; a reception part 61 for receiving presence information indicating whether there is a third person from a detector for detecting the presence of the third person other than the user of a present phone 5; and a generation part 74 for generating second information for displaying contents different from the contents displayed when performing the display based on the first information in the car navigation apparatus when the reception part 61 receives the presence information and also when a call is terminated from the cellular phone.
