PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply miniaturize an original conveyance apparatus with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The original conveyance device is constituted so that a stamp mechanism 211C2 which stamps read seal impression to an original which is conveyed to a reading part 211g and whose image is read is not arranged on a conveyance path on the ejection side, and path length of the conveyance path on the ejection side is easily shortened by arranging the stamp mechanism 211C2 at an upper position of the reading part 211g or a glass plate 211g1 for supporting the original.
