PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit which reduces noise based on ground bounce. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit 30 for outputting an output signal by amplifying an input signal includes an amplifying section 32 having an input section IN to which an input signal is input and an output section OUT for outputting an output signal, a DC power supply 34 for generating an output signal by driving the amplifying section 32, and a plurality of capacitors 42a, 42b, 46a, 46b connected between the positive electrode 36 and the negative electrode 38 of the DC power supply 34 to form a neutral where the positive electrode side and the negative electrode side have an identical capacity, and at least any one of an input side ground terminal 41 connected with the ground side of the input signal and an output side ground terminal 47 connected with the ground side of the output signal is provided at the neutral of the plurality of capacitors.
