PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and an electronic apparatus capable of improving color purity for displaying while keeping a directive display function. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device emits light forming a first image at a first range 3L, and emits light forming a second image at a second range 3R including a range different from the first range 3L. The light-emitting device has a plurality of pixels L formed to have light-emitting elements and emitting light forming the first image, a plurality of pixels R formed to have light-emitting elements and emitting light forming the second image, and a color filter 33 arranged at a light emitting side of the pixels L, R and including a red color element, a green color element, and a blue color element 32b. The blue color element 32b is arranged on at least a part of a range where both the light emitted from the blue pixel 4b(L) to the first range 3L and the light emitted from the blue pixel 4b(R) to the second range 3R pass through.
