PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range changeover device for a vehicle capable of contributing to the miniaturization of the device by simplifying a structure for range changeover and saving a space. SOLUTION: A drive member 25 driven and rotated by a drive force of a motor 23 is provided with an engagement pin 31 at a position separated by a distanceβshorter than a distance between a first axial line 27 which is the rotation center thereof and a second axial line 26 which is the rotation center of the driven member 27. A plurality of notch grooves 34 with which the engagement pin 31 can slidably be engaged are formed at the driven member 27 in a radial direction with the second axial line 26 as a center. A distance between the second axial line 26 at the driven member 27 side and the inner surface of each notch groove 34 is set longer than the distanceβbetween the first axial line 24 at the drive member 25 side and the engagement pin 31.
