METHOD OF PRODUCING ONE-DIMENSIONAL METALLIC NANOSTRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing one-dimensional metallic nanostructure having high crystallinity through a simple process. SOLUTION: The method of producing one-dimensional metallic nanostructure includes: preparing a mixture layer including a first oxide being a metal oxide and a second oxide immiscible with the first oxide; introducing a reducing gas in the mixture layer; heat-treating the mixture layer; and reducing the metal of the first oxide to produce the one-dimensional metallic nanostructure.
