PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam curable resin composition maintaining an excellent physical property and the like of the electron beam curable resin composition containing a reactive diluent and further satisfactorily suppressing generation of white fumes during electron beam curing and especially the electron beam curable resin composition useful as a material for forming an adhesive layer of a surface protective film, to provide a layered product formed by curing the same and to provide an adhesive sheet or film constituted of the layered product. SOLUTION: In the electron beam curable resin composition containing a (meth)acrylic polymer and the reactive diluent, the reactive diluent consists essentially of a monofunctional monomer having≥110°C flash point.
