PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paint having high adhesiveness to both of a woody material and a synthetic resin without subjecting the synthetic resin layer to surface treatment or without thickening the coating film, and having good coating workability of wax, etc., in the case of applying a wax, etc. onto the paint layer. SOLUTION: Provided is a water-based paint for coloring a face on which both of a nonpolar synthetic resin and a woody material of a laminate are exposed and which is formed by laminating at least a nonpolar synthetic resin and a woody material, wherein the paint is composed of an aqueous composition containing an acrylic urethane resin and 4-6 wt.% silicone resin having a polymerization degree of 100,000-10,000,000.
