PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional stripping tool wherein floating distance between the top layer metallic plate and the second top layer metallic plate in a laminated body cannot be sufficiently obtained. SOLUTION: When an opposed surface which faces one side surface of the laminated body in which a plurality of the metallic plates made of a magnetizable magnetic body material are laminated, and each side surface of the metallic plates is exposed abuts on or approaches one side surface of the laminated body, this stripping tool 10 floats and strips the metallic plate on the upper layer side of the laminated body with magnetic force of a built-in magnet. The permanent magnets 14a, 14b with different areas are built in with the magnetic force distribution of the opposed surfaces of the stripping tool 10 making the top end part magnetic force higher than the lower end part, and floating the metallic plate located on the top layer of the laminated body above other metallic plates below the top layer.
