PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner using a hysteresis comparator circuit capable of preventing the convenience of a user from being impaired. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises a hysteresis comparator circuit which compares the input voltage to be input in one voltage input terminal of differential pairs with the reference voltage to be input in the other reference voltage input terminal of the differential pairs, achieves the binary output of the result of comparison from an output terminal, and has a dead-band of the predetermined width to the fluctuation of the input voltage; an operational state detection means for detecting the operational state of the hysteresis comparator circuit; an output state storage means for storing the output state of the output terminal, and a dummy voltage generation and input means which generates the dummy voltage for preventing any output inversion of the output terminal when blocking the drive voltage of the hysteresis comparator circuit based on the stored output state of the output terminal when the drive voltage of the hysteresis comparator circuit is shifted from the input state to the block state, and performs the superposed input of the dummy voltage in the voltage input terminal during the predetermined period.
