PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray administration apparatus in which a liquid administration area can be varied corresponding to the size of a target region in the living body without using gas pressure. SOLUTION: The liquid spray administration apparatus 1 includes a medical solution filling unit 2 which is filled with a medical solution 11a, a spray unit 3 which sprays the medical solution 11a to the target region (lesion) of the living body 12a, a voltage arbitrary waveform generation unit 4 which selects either single voltage or alternating voltage and generates the selected one, and a voltage application unit 5 which applies the one application voltage generated from the voltage arbitrary waveform generation unit 4 to the medical solution 11a in the spray unit 3. By selecting the single voltage or the alternating voltage, the spreading angle (spray angle) of the medical solution 11a sprayed from a spray nozzle 31c to the living body 12a is controlled, and the administration area of the medical solution 11a is controlled corresponding to the size of the lesion inside the living body 12a without using the gas pressure.
