PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a hermetic compressor with low noise and high reliability used for a refrigerator, preventing resonance of a delivery muffler due to pressure pulse of a refrigerant gas, and preventing leakage of a high-pressure refrigerant gas from the delivery muffler. SOLUTION: The delivery muffler 124 is integrally formed at a top of a cylinder block 120, and rigidity of the delivery muffler 124 is increased, so as to prevent resonance due to a pulsation of the refrigerant gas, and also to prevent leakage of a high-pressure refrigerant gas from the delivery muffler 124.
