A bean sprouts sorting apparatus is provided to promote alignment of bean sprouts and allow end parts of the bean sprouts to be smoothly cut by freely falling undergrown bean sprouts and bean sprouts having less than a predetermined length on a belt conveyor through a running speed difference between the belt conveyor and a bar conveyor. A bean sprouts sorting apparatus(1) comprises a lattice conveyor transferred while forming a plurality of lattice spaces and a belt conveyor arranged below the lattice conveyor. The lattice conveyor contains an endless bar conveyor(6). The endless bar conveyor includes a plurality of longitudinal bars(2) arranged along a traveling direction of the conveyor and a plurality of transverse bars(5) installed on an endless chain. The lattice spaces of the lattice conveyor are formed by round or circular bars.
