<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display displaying the tomographic image of the CT image corresponding to the leading end position of the wire moved by an operator and also displaying even the tomographic image displayed according to the movement of the wire by the operator so as to move it, and to provide an X-ray diagnosing treatment apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A volume three-dimensional image having extracted the center line of a desired blood vessel is stored in a CT3D image memory part 23 and an X-ray two-dimensional image renewed in a real time is stored in an X-ray 2D image memory part 22. The three-dimensional image and the X-ray two-dimensional image are positionally aligned with each other by a positional alignment part 28. Further, the leading end position of the device and the position of the device after a predetermined time are searched by a searching part 26 and the leading end position of the device in the three-dimensional image is calculated by an operation part 27.
