<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and an image display program, capable of accurately selecting and displaying tomographic images correlated to each other from a plurality of cross-section images constituting a plurality of cross-section image groups respectively. <P>SOLUTION: The image display device comprises an image acquisition part to acquire a plurality of cross-section image groups composed of a plurality of cross-section images respectively for the same subject at a plurality of cut positions arranged in a prescribed direction inside the subject; a place setting part to set places on the respective cross-section images in the plurality of cross-section image groups; an image group extraction part to extract a series of image groups including the images in the set places for each of the plurality of cross-section image groups; a cut position calculation part to calculate the cut position with the common positional features among the plurality of image groups; and an image display part to arrange and display cross-section images in the plurality of cross-section image groups respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
