<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite mixed conductor in which oxygen permeability is high and degradation with time is hard to occur. <P>SOLUTION: An oxygen ion conductive phase is composed of gadolinium-added cerium oxide (GDC), an electronic conductive phase is composed of spinel type Fe complex oxide (CFO), particle sizes of both phases are 1 μm or less, and the both phases are homogeneously mixed and respectively form conductive networks. The both phases have a low solid solution degree, chemical reaction between both phases is hard to occur, and if it occurs, a heterogeneous phase is not formed which inhibits mixed conductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
