<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize stereo audio input terminals and stereo audio output terminals of a plurality of systems to treat multi-channel audio signals. <P>SOLUTION: An audio signal processor is provided with output changeover switches 41, 43, 46 which switch audio signals output from the stereo audio output terminals.
