<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a television system which easily sets a TV receiver and a peripheral device, and enables a real-time transmission even if a transmission is performed by an ultrafast digital signal. <P>SOLUTION: A television system 100 of the present invention has a TV receiver 1 and a peripheral device 2, and performs a transmission by a radio signal S1 which is a millimeter wave signal between the TV receiver 1 and the peripheral device 2.
