<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet food easy continue on the diet, while ingesting well-balanced nutritional food. <P>SOLUTION: This diet health food has miscellaneous cereals and konjak made into a cooked rice grain size is obtained, by mixing both cereals which have nutrient balance and rich dietary fiber and non-calorie konjak which is effective in lowering the cholesterol and is superior in intestinal-function regulating actions, and heating the mixture followed by coagulating, and forming the product in a cooked rice grain size.
