<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate equalization even when using electric wiring wherein transmission line characteristics are dynamically varied at the same time for communication. <P>SOLUTION: In the equalization system in the modem used for the communication of using the electric wiring at the same time and superimposing communication signals on the electric wiring 101, a transmission line change point detection circuit 6 for detecting the change point of the state of a transmission line from the communication signals which passed through the transmission line of the communication signals and a power supply cycle detection circuit 7 for detecting a power supply cycle are provided, and the equalization is performed in synchronism with the cycle variation of the transmission line by the output of the transmission line change point detection circuit 6 and the output of the power supply cycle detection circuit 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
