<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of a VOC gas treatment apparatus, which carries out efficiently a biotreatment increasing a bioactivity by controlling such that the pH of moisture held by a carrier turn to an optimum area of microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: The operating method of the VOC gas treatment apparatus comprises the step of collecting an exhaust gas containing the VOC and of introducing it to a biotreatment tank 1 filled with the carrier with the microorganisms attached to biodegrade, and is characterized in that a pH sensor 14, 15 is provided on each of a carrier filling tank 11 and a spray water pooling tank 13 in the bottom part of the biotreatment tank 1, an injection control of a pH controlling liquid is carried out to the spray water pooling tank 13 based on the indicated value of the pH sensor 15 in the spray water pooling tank 13, and the operation of a spray water sprinkling pump 3 is carried out based on the indicated value of the pH sensor 14 in the carrier filling tank 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
