PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of cooling the inside of a room by cooling and introducing outside air from an opening of a room to be cooled. SOLUTION: An opening-formed outside air introduction type evaporative cooling system cools the inside of the room in such a manner that a permeable evaporative element arranged in the outside air introducing opening of the room to be cooled is wetted with water and indoor air is discharged so that the outside air passing through the evaporative element is cooled and introduced by heat radiation by the evaporation of water and the indoor air is continuously exchanged, and the cold outside air cooled. An outside air introduction type evaporative cold air supply unit cools the outside air passing therethrough by the evaporation and radiation of water wetting the evaporative element arranged in the outside air introducing opening of the cooling system.
