PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically preset a receivable broadcast station without discontinuing receiving of a broadcast signal of a digital TV broadcast in a mobile receiver. SOLUTION: A base station coordinate of an Nth broadcast station in a broadcast station information table 17 held in a memory in advance is obtained (Fig.2, S14). The distance from a mobile receiver 11 to a base station of the Nth broadcast station is calculated from a present position coordinate obtained from a base station coordinate of the Nth broadcast station and a car navigation system (S15). If the distance is within a specified radius (S16, YES), the Nth broadcast station is preset in a memory as a receivable broadcast station (S18).
