PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric power generator capable of achieving efficient conversion from thermal energy into electric energy, and which is lightweight and has a high performance and which is excellent in structure reliability and versatility. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric power generator includes: a high-temperature member 3 which transmits thermal energy of a high-temperature medium; a low-temperature member 4 arranged at an opposite side of the high-temperature medium of the high-temperature member and which has a low-temperature medium flowing path therein; a thermoelectric module 2 which is sandwiched between the high-temperature member and the low-temperature member and which incorporates a thermoelectric conversion element that converts thermal energy resulting from a temperature difference between the high-temperature medium and a low-temperature medium supplied to the low-temperature medium flowing path into electric energy; and one or more tie rods 5c tying the low-temperature member to the high-temperature member.
