PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit component, in particular, a suspension for an HDD, which solves problems of adhesive strength and film strength of an antistatic layer while satisfying characteristics of low dust production, low outgas, etc., and is prevented from undergoing electrostatic breakdown. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit component includes a laminate comprising: a first conductor layer; an insulating layer formed on the first conductor layer; a second conductor layer formed on the insulating layer so that part of the insulating layer is exposed; and a conductor protective layer formed on the insulating layer and the second conductor layer so that part of each of them is exposed, the electronic circuit component is characterized in that the conductor protective layer is an antistatic conductor protective layer containing polyimide and conductive particulates.
