PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized integrated circuit for a photo diode in which a dark current of the photo diode can be measured. SOLUTION: The integrated circuit for the photo diode has a control part 50 connected to external terminals SW 1, 2 and 3, the photo diode A connected to an external terminal SW 3, a switch 51 switching a first mode connecting the external terminal SW 3 and the control part 50 and a second mode connecting the external terminal SW 3 and the photo diode A. Thereby, since a part of the external terminal of the control part 50 can be used as a terminal for measuring an output current, the small-sized integrated circuit for the photo diode in which the dark current of the photo diode A can be measured can be provided.
