PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an offset-shaped fin capable of easily separating a product from a roller. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the offset-shaped fin, offset cutting 63 is performed by a plurality of cutting blades 67 having end faces 65 inclined in the width direction, and the cutting blades 67 press a reed-shaped plate 69 defined by the offset cutting 63 by the end faces 65 to incline the reed-shaped plate 69 in the width direction. Accordingly, a length in the width direction of the reed-shaped plate can be decreased, and the product can be easily separated from the roller even when a projecting portion of the roller is inserted during the offset cutting 63, in a post-process.
