PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-grade ceramic porous material by suppressing a condensation of a solid component of bubble-containing slurry 7 caused by the mechanical stirring to introduce air bubbles and stabilizing pore and density dispersions. SOLUTION: The mechanical stirring to introduce air bubbles is such that a bubble introducing container 8 in a container rotating apparatus 10, and thereby a shear flow of the slurry 7 is generated by inertia of the slurry 7 near the inner wall of the bubble introduction container 8 so as to prevent the occurrence of stagnation and suppress the condensation of the attached slurry 7. In addition, since an intermediate position of dual axis rotation beater 9a constantly moves by the rotation of the bubble introducing container 8, even if the condensation of the slurry 7, is generated the condensation hardly grows largely.
