PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container of a simple constitution having side plates capable of being erected or folded on a pallet during ordinary use and easily separated from the pallet if necessary. SOLUTION: Pins 415 for determining side plate position are provided on both sides of the lower parts of opposing first side plates 410, and pins 425 for determining side plate position are provided on both sides of the lower parts of opposing second side plates 420 connecting the first side plates 410. Channels 215 into which the pins 415 for determining the side plate position are dropped are provided on both sides of a first frame part 210. The pins 415 for determining the side plate position of the first side plates 410 are dropped into the channels 215 so that they intersect on the pins 425 for determining the side plate position of the second side plates 420, and falling-out preventing pins 417 provided in the first side plates 410 are fitted into the inserting holes 217 for the falling-out preventing pins of the first frame part 210.
