PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warning device for vehicle capable of properly warning so as to certainly secure safety of drivers of vehicles such as two wheelers or pedestrians existing on the periphery of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The warning device comprises the laser units 4, 12, 14 and 16 which are mounted on the left and right sides of a truck 1 and can irradiate the road surface 6 of the periphery of the truck 1 with laser beam while changing their irradiation angles. Further, an ECU 20 controls the laser units 4, 12, 14 and 16 so as to indicate, on the road surface 6, the dangerous areas having the shapes previously set corresponding to the behavior of the truck 1 caused by left or right turn operation with respect to a winker switch 22.
