PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely prevent a tack-in phenomenon to conduct natural control without giving any incompatibility even when a throttle valve is controlled to the closure side by traction control. SOLUTION: In a driving force distribution control part 40, an input torque sensitive transfer torque is calculated by a first transfer torque calculation part 43, a steering angle/yaw rate sensitive transfer torque is calculated by a second transfer torque calculation 44, and a tack-in prevention transfer toque is calculated by a third transfer torque calculation part 45. In the third transfer torque calculation part 45, during high speed revolving, tack-in prevention control is performed not only in the case where the accelerator opening is largely closed to make this time accelerator opening smaller, but also in the case where the torque down amount by a traction control part 20 is larger than a preset value.
