PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact fixing structure of an on-vehicle apparatus capable of protecting the on-vehicle apparatus such as an inverter even in a collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of an inverter 720 comprises a loading stand 211 which is fixed to a vehicle body having an engine compartment for accommodating the inverter 720 therein with the inverter 720 being mounted thereon, a guide part 150 which extends on the rear side of the vehicle body from the inverter 720 on the loading stand 211, and inclined upward of a rear member provided with a space on the rear side of the inverter 720 backwardly from the inverter 720, and a guide part 160 which is slidably provided in the extending direction of the guide part 150 with respect to the guide part 150 while a part thereof being projected from an end on the rear side of the guide part 150.
