PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device of sheet-like matter in which a variety of sheet-like matters are guided in such a manner that the sheet-like matters are certainly abutted against the front lay. SOLUTION: A plate-like guide body 5E is supported to be movable and adjustable in up and down directions so that a guide surface 5d may come into contact with or separate from the upper surface of the sheet-like matter P on a feedboard 2. A plurality of notches 5c opposing each of a plurality of rotary guide bodies 6 and the guide surface 5d corresponding to the portions among the notches 5c are provided at the end portion of the plate-like guide body 5E which is downstream in the sheet-like matter convey direction. The rotary guide body 6 is supported by a lever 30 so as to oppose the notch 5c, and contacts the upper surface of the sheet-like matter P by the spring force of a compression coil spring 35. Each of this rotary guide body 6 separates from the upper surface of the sheet-like matter P by moving a second adjusting bolt 32 forward. Further, all the rotary guide bodies 6 can be adjusted simultaneously so as to come close to or separate from the upper surface of the sheet-like matter P by pivoting a stay 7.
