PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil/water separation system capable of efficiently removing oil. SOLUTION: The oil/water separation system 1 is constituted of a suction means 72 for sucking an oil/water mixture liquid W1 of oil and water out of a reservoir tank, an air-feeding means 76 for feeding air to the oil/water mixture liquid W1, a first oil/water separation device 11 for separating the oil/water mixture liquid W1 discharged from the suction means 72 into oil and water, and a second oil/water separation device 51 for further separating the separated oil into oil and water. The first oil/water separation device 11 is equipped with an oil/water storage tank 13 for storing the oil/water mixture liquid W1 discharged from the suction means 72, a treatment tank 14 having an oil-discharging means for discharging floated oil, and a first water-discharging means 17 for discharging water removed of oil. The second oil/water separation device 51 is equipped with a storage tank 58 for storing a second oil/water mixture liquid discharged from the oil-discharging means, an oil/water separation member 52 for separating the second oil/water mixture liquid in the storage tank 58 into oil and water, and a second water-discharging means 59.
