PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and an image display program, capable of slicing off a lesion area assumed to be the focus of disease to an appropriate size and displaying the lesion area. SOLUTION: The image display device comprises a place setting part to set places on an image for a plurality of captured medical images of a subject respectively; a size determining part to determine a common size according to the size of each image so that any images displayed in the places set by the place setting part can be displayed within a display area of the common size; and a display part to display the images in the display area of the common size.
