PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument estimating a cause of fluctuation, even in a relatively small fluctuation in an urine temperature, and informing the same as health information of a subject. SOLUTION: This urine temperature measuring instrument for measuring the urine temperature, or the temperature of urine excreted by a subject, and informing health information related to the health state of the subject based on the result is provided with an urine temperature effect factor state acquisition means for acquiring a state value of an urine temperature effect factor affecting on the urine temperature, and an urine temperature effect factor state determination means for determining whether or not the state value of the state information acquired by the urine temperature effect factor state acquisition means is included in a state reference range set as a regular value range of the subject; and is characterized in, when the measured urine temperature becomes outside an urine temperature reference range created by the urine temperature values accumulated before the measurement, creating and informing the health information based on the state values of the urine temperature effect factor determined to be outside the state reference range by the urine temperature effect factor state determination means out of the urine temperature effect factors acquired by the urine temperature effect factor state acquisition means.
