PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always closely attach a probe head to the uneven skin surface. SOLUTION: The second probe head 13 is vibrated with ultrasonic waves by a second ultrasonic vibrator 107. A second head part 7 with the second probe head 13 is attached to a spring base 127 on an appliance body side in such a way as oscillatable via a rubber cover 129 and a head stopper 131. The second head part 7 is supported by a head spring 141 in such a way as movable forward/backward to a head base 113 disposed on the back side of the second probe head 13.
