PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worm for fishing, having proper mode state that enables a worm body to carry out original motion that is effective for attracting fish, and facilitating attachment of a fishhook on the worm body. SOLUTION: In the worm for the fishing having a flexible worm body formed so that one direction is long and enables the fishhook to be attached with the point of the fishhook being pierced from one terminal of the worm body in the longitudinal direction and to have a shank along the center line, extending in the longitudinal direction of the worm body and the point is protruded to the outside, from the outer periphery of the worm body, the worm body has a fishhook guidance part, obtained by digging down the worm body from one terminal to the other terminal in the longitudinal direction, so as to be along the center line of the worm body.
