The device has a voltage detecting unit (10) for detecting feedback voltage of an oxygen sensor (6). An adjusting unit (20) adjusts the feedback voltage with positive or negative value by a bias unit, which is controlled manually or automatically. A control part (21) is assigned to the adjusting unit during the manual control of the adjusting unit. A display unit (30) e.g. LCD, displays the feedback voltage detected by the voltage detecting unit and displays a bias variable modified by the adjusting unit.
