The interface (20) has two data paths (21, 24) physically separated from each other, where one of the data paths is opened for data exchange over an external network (30). Partition elements (22, 25) are engaged to each data path, where the elements assigned to the data paths is activated and deactivated, respectively, in an alarm-free normal operation. The elements are controlled by an alarm device (29) such that the data flow is enabled over the data path (21) during normal state, and the data flow is exclusively enabled over the data path (24) during an alarm state. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a secured connection for data exchange between a network server of an assistance-requiring network and one of servers of assistance networks.
