MOUSE HAVING HUMAN LEUKEMIC STEM CELL AND LEUKEMIC NON-STEM CELL AMPLIFIED THEREIN, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

The object is selectively amplifying a leukemic cell derived from a patient suffering from human acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in a peripheral blood of a mouse. Disclosed is a method for selectively amplifying a human leukemic cell in a non-adult NOD/SCID/IL2rgnull mouse by transplanting a material containing a leukemic stem cell derived from a patient suffering from human acute myeloid leukemia into the mouse. Further disclosed are: the practice of the screening of a substance capable of eradicating a leukemic stem cell (LSC), the examination of therapeutic methods suitable for individual patients, the identification of a gene capable of being expressed differentially and others, by using a mouse having a human leukemic cell amplified therein; and others.
